Therapeutic Approach

At Bryan Werry Mental Health PLLC, I utilize a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating mind, body, and spirit. I offer medication management, supportive counseling, and short-term psychotherapy. I treat patients in all situations and walks of life, and enjoy the unique perspective each client brings. I specialize in a variety of mental health issues including bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and adjustment disorders. I primarily see adults and geriatric patients, and young adults age 17 and up by special arrangement. I strive to create a therapeutic alliance with my patients, to develop mutual respect and foundational trust. I also have a passion for providing care to our Veterans, as I come from a line of servicemen.

About Me

My name is Bryan Werry. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in WA State. I received my MSN from Gonzaga University. Prior to this, I worked as a critical care RN for 13 years, primarily at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane in the cardiac ICU and inpatient psychiatric unit. Throughout my medical career, I have provided care to a wide variety of patients in all walks of life, including those who experience homelessness, poverty, abuse, addiction, and mental illness. Personally, I have been influenced in my approach to medicine by my stepfather who is a psychiatrist, and my father-in-law who is an internist.

My practice works in partnership with Mindful Therapy Group, a well-established company with over 1,500 providers in network.

Prior to my healthcare career, I received a master’s degree in music composition from Washington State University.  I continue to play jazz keyboard and arrange music, and find it to be a healthy outlet.

"It's so important to do something every day that will make you happy." -Bob Ross
